GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at ABC a great one! When you arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly face that can answer any of your questions.
HOW LONG IS A WORSHIP SERVICE?
In total, an ABC service is about 60 minutes in length. Services begin with worship music – song lyrics are shown on the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, our pastor will then come and share a practical and relevant message from the Scriptures and tell everyone about Jesus.
WHAT’S THE CULTURE LIKE AT ACADIANA?
Sunday’s at Acadiana are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. Our pastor is usually wearing khakis and button down shirt and our church family dresses casual.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week – in order to assist in this we provide busy bags to be checked out each Sunday. We also have a Nursery area where you can take your little one in the event that they get too fussy for your comfort. We love to hear the sounds of children in church.
